Embattled smokers can now get their nicotine fix via a smoke-free electronic cigarette. No tar & no second-hand smoke. Just sit in the restaurant or office & puff away. This looks enough like smoke to me to get onlookers a bit upset. Nicotine vapor? Maybe those nearby would get what hippie’s used to call “a contact high”
