This is how I gave up smoking, I couldn’t do it by will power alone. I have tried to quit before but failed. This new drug has come out called Champix and I thought I’d give it a go, I loved smoking and really didnt want to stop but Im getting older and really want some fitness to do the things I like to do. Its also annoying that the world has alienated smokers and I am sick of that too. So here is my short story of how I quit. I chew lots of gum and also like the occasional redskin lolly to help me through. I might live longer now hopefully.

nothing like quit smoking without any drug
They didnt work for me. Everytime I took them I couldnt get off the chair and it put me in a state of depression and boredom so I had to stop taking them
Although it worked for a whole day which is the longest i’ve acheived without a smoke for 10 years

Im on day 7 and I felt sick whilst smoking today. In fact, I was sitting at a cafe and someone behind me was smoking and the smoke mad me want to puke, The ciggis are starting to have a funny taste which I dislike.

Reageren op deze video… Too bad I was honest to my doctor, I said I haven’t tried patches or gum before, so now my insurance will not pay for this medicine, I have to pay for it myself.
I live in Holland and the 12 week program will cost me between 300 and 350 euros !!!!!

After 34 Years of smoking Champix is the only thing that worked 4 me, Comming up2 two years for me:) I was 58kgs now in 75kgs so was it good?

Good on u mate I will start from tomorrow. But what can you do if u r traveling !! For example from Dubai to aussies around 15 hours what should I do ??
@raalou Anyone that can stop and never start or have one again is a hero, I wish I was. You can stop within the 14 days of starting the champix. Remember not to start again, dont even have one for any reason ok.
Mate you my hero – I been smokin 20 years myself. I’m on day 8, I meant to stop but I had one in the mornin.
